Job Description & Primary Responsibilities:

Utilities Supervisors will direct the repair and plant utilities including boilers, Ammonia Refrigeration equipment, machinery or other instruments. These individuals will focus on technical and operational activities that align and implement reliability practices and programs. In this role, you may be involved with fabrication, installation or replacement of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor staff and contribute to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment.
Monitor the quality of work to ensure compliance to safety procedures and ensure the safety of our employees.
Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met.
Supervise maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions.

Education Requirements:

Recommended High School Courses:

Welding
General Maintenance
Agriculture Mechanics
Systems
Processing
Mathematics

Education/Training:

Proper training and knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and processes
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of direct work experience
