Job Description & Primary Responsibilities:
Information Technology (IT) Support Specialists serve as support to branch offices and administrative offices in all phases of technology used by employees. They assist in administering and maintaining technical infrastructure that includes but is not limited to: customer servers, switches, routers, desktops, laptops and networks where applicable, as needed to support technical services systems and IT structure. Responsibilities: Information Technology (IT) Support Specialists are responsible for assisting in administering and maintaining technical infrastructure, assisting in administering and maintaining security, hardware and applications, administering and maintaining virtualization technologies, assisting in the development of innovative new technologies, researching and testing new technologies for implementation, performing maintenance and troubleshooting on company devices, ensuring devices are secure from cyber threats, installing and supporting software programs, and providing training and support to employees.
