Job Description & Primary Responsibilities:
Information Technology (IT) Data Analysts support the analytical needs of a business through the analysis of moderately complex system data and summary reports. Their collections and reports enable decision-making and process improvement for their specialty area. They drive value from existing IT applications through data availability, business process improvements and other means. Responsibilities: Information Technology (IT) Data Analysts are responsible for collecting and analyzing data to enable decision-making and process improvement, culling moderately complex data and generalize trends, developing conclusions and summarizing actionable insight, collaborating with customers to validate conclusions, designing and prepping various reports, charts and graphs to show trends, seeking opportunities for the IT department, leading projects to deliver new information and technology, driving value from existing IT applications, finding and acting on replication opportunities between sites and functions, leveraging knowledge of the business and IT portfolio to provide input, and influencing changes to IT standards to meet evolving directions.
