JOb description and primary responsibilities
Feed Mill Shipping and Receiving workers are tasked with loading and unloading feed ingredients from trucks and railroad cars. They must then document that information in an information management database. Shipping and Receiving workers must also be good at communicating with management, other employees, and truck drivers.
Responsibilities: Feed Mill Shipping and Receiving workers are responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks and railcars that supply the feed mill with ingredients. These employees must ensure that ingredients do not get mixed together. They also are responsible to accurately inputing information into databases regarding the specifications of what was loaded or unloaded.
