Job Description and primary responsibilities:

Dump Truck Drivers safely and efficiently pick up and haul their loads to a predetermined destination.  Drivers can be employed directly by a company to haul their products, or can have contracts with companies to haul someone else's products.

Responsibilities: Dump Truck Drivers are responsible for safely tranporting their cargo to customers.  They must perform safety checks on their vehicle and their loads to ensure that everything is in working order and is compliant with laws and regulations.  They must also complete paperwork that documents that the products were in fact delivered or picked up.

• Welding
• Driver's Education
• Math
• Reading

Education/Training:

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
