Job Description & Primary Responsibilities:
Data Administration Developers create programs for computers or other devices that fill a specific need or niche within an agricultural business. They act proactively in providing suggestions in regard to product development, new services as well as technologies or enhancements to existing systems/configurations that assist the end user. This improves overall service to customers.
Responsibilities: Data Administration Developers are responsible for providing technical and systems design expertise, acting proactively in providing suggestions, developing test plans along with expected results, preparing implementation and recovery plans, installing and testing software, providing on-going production support as needed, providing estimates on project requests, ensuring timely delivery based on the estimates, participating on assigned team projects, ensuring that technical skills are kept up-to-date, assisting in the development of programming expertise, and promoting agile practices such as continuous integration and paired programming.
