Job Description and Overview

A General Manager will provide strategic operational oversight for all production and operating process for a single plant with moderate complexity. In this role, you will oversee safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance.

Responsibilities: 
A Beef Processing General Manager is responsible for leading all plant operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant production of high-quality beef products. This includes overseeing employee and food safety programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing budgets and operational costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality and production targets are met, and leading and developing plant personnel to achieve business, operational, and financial objectives.

• Business
• Leadership

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification
